globe from Naples, Italy.  Its finely milled texture creates a soft, flavorful crust when cooked in our wood-fired oven, producing the traditional, tender Neapolitan base which makes for a light 

and airy crust.

Topped with milled whole San Marzano tomatoes, fresh house made mozzarella, and extra-virgin olive oil, our many varieties of pizzas bring the essence of Naples to your plate. A mix of Neapolitan yeast, water, and salt creates long-rise dough, complementing our fresh and carefully selected toppings. Cooked to perfection at 700 - 1000 degrees Fahrenheit for 90 seconds, our Neapolitan pizzas deliver a truly fresh and flavorful experience, capturing the essence of a traditional Neapolitan pizza.
